Cancellation/Transfer Policy - Any of the events and services that are purchased on this website by credit card or by check, need a one-week notification prior to the event in order to refund any of the money.  A service fee will be charged dependent on the cost of the service or event.  After a week, you can transfer the funds to another service or event.  Services that are cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.   If they have not been paid for,  you are liable for that payment.
